Character Pre-Registration for the New York Anima Festival Anime LARP is open
now through September 15th 2009. Please follow the following instructions for
Character Pre-Registration to be emailed to Strongholdcore@gmail.com . Please
read all of the following information.

LARP Stands for Live Action Role Play. The NYAF Anime LARP is a theatrical LARP
running throughout the length of the Convention, where players are allowed to
participate for as much or as little time as they want. If you would like
further explanation as to what LARP and Role Playing Games are, then please
consult your preferential online encyclopedia. Costumes are not mandatory. You
can be in the costume of your character, you can be in a completely unrelated
costume, or (as most people in the event are) you can just be dressed in your
normal attire.

Character Choices for the NYAF Anime LARP may be selected for Pre-Registering
Live Action Role Playing game participants from Anime series, Manga Series, &
Videogames we are familiar enough with to create characters for on requests. At
con participation registration and character selection will be from a posted
list of series/characters that have already been written. No special character
request will be made at the convention.

Additionally, this is a notation for both Pre-Registrants and at Convention
Registrants, there is a Secret Character available for the LARP. You may not
know who this character is in advanced until you receive and open your character
folder.

Our Pre-Registration for the convention will close at either 30 players or by
September 15th 2009. If a large enough demand for more slots is made if we meet
